Hours: 29.6 hours per week (ideally spread across 5 days)
Salary: £32,945.72 per annum (pro-rated to £26,356.57)

Role and Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the People Partner, you will provide clear, practical HR and employment law advice to managers and staff across the full employee lifecycle.
- You will support recruitment, attendance management, probation processes, and wider HR activity, as well as contributing to HR and CPD projects and helping to continuously improve how the HR service operates.
- Provide professional, accurate and timely employment law advice.
- Prepare for and support investigations in line with college policy and procedure.
- Assist HR Business Partner with reporting, data analysis and document preparation.
- Assist with recruitment activity.
- Support and deliver HR or CPD projects.
- Support with HR Administration and process.
The Successful Candidate Must Have:
- Educated to Level 5 or equivalent experience.
- CIPD Level 3 although CIPD Level 5 is desirable.
- Maths & English GCSE / Level 2 equivalent (achieved or willing to obtain).
- Knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS code of practice.
- Ability to manage complex and sensitive ER casework.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied caseload.
