Kickstart your career with a Business Administration Apprenticeship supporting our Client Services team during an exciting period of change. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across Admissions, Enrolment, Bursary, and Customer Services, while working towards a nationally recognised qualification. As an apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring a smooth experience for applicants and students. You’ll gain valuable insight into how a busy client services team operates while contributing to a major systems transformation project.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with applications, enrolment, and student communications
  • Support customer enquiries and college events
  • Help with system updates and data management (ProSolution)
