This role is a fast‑paced college position where you will serve as the primary point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, welcoming them into the college, providing friendly reception and customer service, and supporting the Admissions and Reception teams with daily administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries.
  • Support administrative tasks across Admissions and Reception.
  • Assist with events such as Open Evenings and Enrolment.
  • Keep systems organised and up to date.

Qualifications
