Start your career in a fast-paced college environment as an Administration & Reception Apprentice. We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Administration & Reception Apprentice to be the face of our college, welcoming visitors, supporting students, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is perfect for someone friendly, organised, and keen to build skills in administration and customer service.
You’ll be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house service while supporting Admissions and Reception teams with day-to-day administration.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries
- Support admin tasks across Admissions and Reception
- Help with events like Open Evenings and Enrolment
- Keep systems organised and up to date
