The Opportunity
We’re introducing this exciting role to join our growing Hospitality and Leisure business to work on hospitality renovation projects in London and across the UK. We are keen to meet a proactive and ambitious senior project manager who is innovative and has the talent to consistently identify efficient and effective ways of working. You will be keen to build relationships within our business and with project teams and clients.

What the job involves?
- Leading the project team on day-to-day activities.
- Delivery of projects to agreed financial, quality and programme requirements.
- Logistics planning and buildability oversight.
- Manage design team and Owners and Operators meetings.
- Early identification of risk with robust mitigation strategy.
- Weekly and monthly reporting.
- Mentoring and coaching of team members.
- Close co-ordination with JRP cost management and H&S teams.
- You’ll be aware of and keep up to date with relevant legislation which affects the properties managed by our clients.
- Assisting in promoting sustainable thinking to our clients and have a basic level of understanding as to how to integrate sustainable thinking into projects.
What do I need in order to do this job?
- Project or construction management Degree awarded from a UK university.
- A Chartered Member of the RICS with post qualification experience, or comparable organisation with extensive industry experience.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Willing to travel nationally and potentially internationally.
- Experience with Hospitality industry project delivery.
- Experience of working in professional services.
- Strong Project planning programming skills.
- Strong Technical knowledge.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work under own initiative and manage workload efficiently.
- Keen to learn and share knowledge and experience with the team.
- Effective decision maker and excellent team player.
- Sound MS Office package knowledge and experience, including Project, Excel, Word.
