The Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Pharmacy Dispenser to join our supportive and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately dispensing NHS and private prescriptions
- Providing a high level of customer and patient care
- Supporting the pharmacist with day-to-day dispensing duties
- Ordering various prescriptions on behalf of patients via email to GP surgeries
- Preparing MDS medication in blister packs
- Managing stock, labelling, and endorsing prescriptions
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe dispensary
- Assisting with new Pharmacy First services
- Ensuring all work is carried out in line with Standard Operating Procedures and General Pharmaceutical Council standards
About You
- You will have previous experience working in a pharmacy or dispensary environment
- NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services is preferred
- Basic IT skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
Pay: £13-14 per hour
