We are seeking a motivated and versatile Bodyshop Technician to carry out a wide range of smart repairs and bodywork repairs. You will help deliver Bodyshop budgets and KPIs while supporting seamless Aftersales processes to maximise productivity and workshop utilisation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication, administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 or above in Paint & Body Repair – advantageous
  • Recognised motor industry qualification equivalent to City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or higher – advantageous
  • Proven experience in MET, Panel and Paint repairs
  • Experience in diamond‑cut alloy wheel refurbishment, including machine setup, cutting processes and finishing techniques – not necessary but advantageous; training will be provided for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out vehicle paint, body and SMART repairs to Toyota & John Roe standards
  • Work safely with paint, consumables and equipment while following Health & Safety requirements
  • Complete jobs within budgeted times, working towards KPIs and monthly financial targets
  • Maintain workshop, spray booth and wheel‑lathe area standards, ensuring equipment is cleaned, calibrated and maintained
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure work is completed correctly and customer expectations are met
  • Support apprentices and colleagues with guidance and hands‑on assistance
  • Work collaboratively across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and follow correct procedures for reporting technical issues

Pay: Up to £41,500.00 per year
