The Ideal Candidate:
- Possesses exceptional empathy, interpersonal skills, and a naturally caring disposition.
- Maintains a calm, composed, and professional demeanour under pressure.
- Has impeccable attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

- Holds a full, clean UK driving licence.
- Resides in Penrith or within 5 miles to facilitate the on-call requirements.
