An exciting opportunity for a varied role supporting our Quality, Health, Safety & Environment activities across the business and driving continuous improvement. This would suit someone who has previous experience in a quality environment in particular. Training would be considered for a candidate demonstrating strong administrative experience with an interest in developing internal auditing responsibilities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Administering H&S record keeping (incidents, accidents, near misses).
- Collating records and data relating to waste and energy management.
- Producing accurate reports on quality, health, safety and environmental performance.
- Ensuring compliance with document control procedures.
- Assisting in management review of the company QHSE management systems, including taking meeting minutes as required.
- Supporting with external ISO requalification and surveillance audits.
- Taking minutes at various QHSE meetings.
- Providing QHSE data to Sales in support of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires for tenders.
- Liaising with departments around the business to follow up on agreed actions.
- Conducting internal audits relating to the Quality (Including Factory Production Control) and Environmental Management Systems.
- Assisting the QHSE Manager with general administration as requested.
