An exciting opportunity for a varied role supporting our Quality, Health, Safety & Environment activities across the business and driving continuous improvement. This would suit someone who has previous experience in a quality environment in particular. Training would be considered for a candidate demonstrating strong administrative experience with an interest in developing internal auditing responsibilities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collating records and data relating to waste and energy management.
  • Producing accurate reports on quality, health, safety and environmental performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with document control procedures.
  • Assisting in management review of the company QHSE management systems, including taking meeting minutes as required.
  • Supporting with external ISO requalification and surveillance audits.
  • Taking minutes at various QHSE meetings.
  • Providing QHSE data to Sales in support of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires for tenders.
  • Liaising with departments around the business to follow up on agreed actions.
  • Conducting internal audits relating to the Quality (Including Factory Production Control) and Environmental Management Systems.
  • Assisting the QHSE Manager with general administration as requested.
