Responsibilities
- Deliver cover lessons across a range of year groups and subjects to students during the absence of their teacher.
- Support and supervise students in whole-class groups to provide an effective learning environment.
- Work across different year groups as part of a team of Cover Supervisors.
- Engage with students to maximise their achievements and support their learning experience.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Cover Supervisor or willingness to begin a journey in education; suitable for those new to teaching (ECT may apply).
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children; willingness to complete required checks and training.
- Ability to work across multiple year groups and subjects; strong communication and teamwork skills.
