We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and well-qualified teacher to lead our combined Faculty of English, Music, and Drama. As a small school, we pride ourselves on knowing every student individually. This is a unique opportunity to lead a cohesive team, driving a creative and engaging curriculum.
As a Faculty Leader you will have an active role on our extended leadership team. You will be required to teach English up to Key Stage 4. At John O'Gaunt School, you will be working within a welcoming and supportive team, with the ability to make a real difference. You will have the opportunity to work alongside committed teachers, to observe and share practice on a regular basis, developing pedagogy through reflection. We also offer access to opportunities for professional development.
John O'Gaunt School is situated in the beautiful historic market town of Hungerford on the Berkshire/Wiltshire border and is very much at the heart of the community it serves. There are good road and rail links, with easy access to the M4 and a 10 minute walk from the station.
