POSITION SUMMARY: The General Manager serves as the chief operating officer of the Club and is entrusted with the stewardship of its traditions, culture, and long-term well-being. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the General Manager is responsible for the administration, leadership, and daily operations of the Club, ensuring that member services, financial integrity, and club standards are upheld at the highest level. This position requires sound judgment, discretion, and a deep respect for the Club’s history while providing steady leadership for its future.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience in a traditional private club environment
- Demonstrated success working with Boards and Committees
