What you’ll be doing as Chef de Partie?

Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key. As our Chef de Partie, you will enjoy delivering excellent food standards always, to deliver our seasonal menus and daily specials, in a friendly and supportive environment. As a key member of the brigade, you will have an attention to detail, ensuring all dishes are prepared to spec, and have experience of all stations with the ability to produce a range of starters, mains and desserts. You will also support your Sous and Head Chef with food ordering, stock management, and maintaining a 5-star rating. You will have previous experience, preferably in a fresh food environment. You may also be a commis who is looking to progress.

Your Pub

Once a small historic hall, this stunning site has been transformed into a popular pub in the Cheadle Hulme area. With a great beer garden to boot, customers can relax both inside and out, enjoying the best fresh food and drinks in a relaxing yet premium environment. The John Millington also hosts cosy pub areas and fires for those colder winter nights. Regular live entertainment also brings an added dimension to the pub - without encroaching on those who are dining.
