Hydes is recruiting a Chef de Partie for The John Millington in the Cheadle Hulme area. You will deliver high food standards, prepare a range of starters, mains and desserts, and work across stations to keep dishes to spec on seasonal menus.
You will support the Sous and Head Chef with food ordering, stock management and maintaining a 5-star rating, with a learning and development programme offering funded hospitality qualifications and progression opportunities.
