Work hours: Up to 40-48 hours across 5 days a week.

Development: Learning & development programme with funded hospitality qualifications, career planning, support and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities: As a key member of the brigade, you will have an attention to detail, ensuring all dishes are prepared to spec, and have experience of all stations with the ability to produce a range of starters, mains and desserts. You will also support your Sous and Head Chef with food ordering, stock management, and maintaining a 5-star rating. You will have previous experience, preferably in a fresh food environment. You may also be a commis who is looking to progress.
