Role Purpose

To ensure a consistent delivery of high‑performance standards within the constraints of the Service Level Agreements of our Customer Airline, maintaining health and safety standards and excellent working practices within the Company policies. This role will require regular travel to all Loganair stations. Currently IOM, GLA & EDI.

What you will be doing

  • Maintain and develop relationships with Loganair representatives to ensure the whole operation is aligned to the Loganair vision and strategy of the business.
  • Establish and raise the profile of Menzies to ensure its interests are considered in the future development and management of Loganair.
  • Establish, maintain and develop effective relationships with airport and internal representatives, and other relevant bodies to ensure that all commercial opportunities are fully exploited.
  • Act as a first point of contact for Loganair in relation to all aspects of service delivery, filtering queries and actions to the relevant members of Station Management Teams and acting as a focal point for feedback to the airline.
  • Work with Station Management Teams to ensure service delivery standards meet or exceed customer expectations, whilst respecting prevailing commercial agreements and protecting the financial performance of the station.

  • Proven ability to develop excellent working relationships with internal customers, suppliers, airport authorities and airline customers.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of ground handling/airline practices, with experience across departments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and management skills.
  • Ability to deliver against key performance targets.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Packages e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook.
