Role Purpose

We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Program Coordinator to join our group risk function on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. In this role, you will be at the heart of ensuring our company maintains the gold standard in quality and compliance. Your work will directly contribute to a culture of compliance, innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence in everything we do.

This role can be based in any of our key European locations.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and maintain documentation related to the company\’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements, and administer our intranet section.
  • Support the development and management of the quality assurance/control program for all operations and subcontractor oversight, including associated projects.
  • Support the continuous development of our award-winning SMART inspections application.
  • Support the management and development of our QMS software/tools/BI dashboards and provide system training/support where needed.
  • Support the Head of Quality & Audit in performing other reasonable duties as may be required.

  • Aviation Fanatic: You love all things aviation and want to make an impact.
  • Quality & Risk Enthusiast: Interested in quality management, safety, security, and learning. Bonus if you know about QMS or Aviation Operations!
  • Tech-Savvy: Confident with Microsoft Office, extra points if you know Power BI, Power Automate, or Power Apps. You\’re also quick to learn and adapt to modern tech tools.
  • Global Mindset: Experience working with diverse cultures or in different geographic locations. Fluent in English (bonus points for other languages).
