Role Purpose
To provide professional, proactive and customer‑focused HR support across Heathrow Airport operations, supporting employees, managers and the wider HR team.
The HR Coordinator is responsible for delivering efficient HR administration, employee relations support, recruitment coordination, attendance management and people reporting, ensuring a high‑quality HR service is delivered across the business.
The role acts as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees, supporting the delivery of people initiatives that drive employee engagement, operational effectiveness and organisational performance.
- What you will be doing
- Provide comprehensive HR administration support across Heathrow operations, ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently.
- Maintain accurate employee information within HR systems.
- Coordinate recruitment activity across operational and support functions.
- Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including interview scheduling, candidate management, offers and onboarding.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and performance management processes.
- Prepare case documentation, meeting packs and outcome correspondence.

- What we are looking for
- Experience within an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator or equivalent HR role.
- Sound understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Experience supporting recruitment, employee relations and attendance management processes.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities within a fast‑paced operational environment.
