Role Purpose

Deliver high performance standards around all aspects of Customer Services and customer processing, meeting the requirements of our airlines and maintaining health and safety to the highest standard. Follow good working practices in accordance to company policies and procedures at all times.

What you will be doing

  • Ensure all paperwork relating to the aircraft turnaround is completed.
  • Utilise any new technology introduced by the station to enhance the operation.
  • Taking care of any company property, and reporting any damage to Line Manager.
  • Airside driving duties.
  • Use iPads or tablets if product dictates.
  • Use radios at all times for communication.
  • Embrace change of airline procedures.
  • Detailed written reports for delays or any safety incident while in charge of a flight.

You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures.   • Valid Passport.
  • Proof of National Insurance.
  • Criminal Record Check and Airside Security Clearance.
