Recro are looking for a recruiter to place candidates from our award-winning programmes. You’ll have a successful track record in recruitment which may include agency, search and selection, in-house, RPO, outplacement or career coaching and now you’re looking for something different, a really rewarding role where you can make a measurable difference to people’s lives and careers.
Key elements of the recruiter role include advising and coaching candidates on interviews, job search, tailoring their CV, helping with applications and proactively representing them to employers.
You’ll have:
- Credibility and gravitas
- Ability to deal with clients from SMEs to multinationals
- Adaptability to deal with candidates varying from a young person looking for their first job to a former chief executive

The recruiter role is remote with some occasional travel to delivery sites. It is an associate or contract basis initially so can fit with other portfolio work. Some travel may be involved which could include London and the Midlands.
