John Masefield High School in Ledbury is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team by 1 January 2027, with flexibility on start date. The role supports teachers by delivering learning activities for individuals and groups when needed and enhancing classroom learning.
The successful candidate will have experience with children in a learning environment and hold a TA Level 3 (or equivalent) plus a Certificate in Learning Support and GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C or higher.
