We are hiring a Financial Controller to lead our finance function and support the company’s continued expansion. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role forms part of the Senior Management Team, with full responsibility for financial governance, reporting, compliance, and commercial support across the organisation. This is a key position where you will play a leading role in driving performance, improving systems, and providing financial insight to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of 4 within the finance department
- Lead preparation and timely submission of the annual budget
- Oversee monthly Group management accounts
- Develop the 5-year business plan and financial models
- Continually review and improve internal financial controls
- Ensure technical and tax compliance with relevant stakeholders
- Lead the annual external audit process
- Manage cashflow, forecasting, and reporting
