The Production Supervisor is responsible for a busy team in our state-of-the-art packing facility in Moygashel. Primary duties include planning, coordinating, and controlling all the steps in the process to make sure products are packed and prepared for despatch.
Rate of Pay: £17.18 per hour plus £2 per hour attendance bonus
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all company KPIs are maintained and improved in relation to all operations associated with the Production/Packing process. These include:
- Quality standards BRC / Customer specific requirements
- Output / Efficiency
- Health and Safety
- Hygiene and GMP scores
- Training and Development of staff
- Discipline and coaching of staff
- Waste reduction rework and material wastage
The Supervisor will be directly responsible for all staff employed on the CAMA Line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining control records / traceability
- Training of staff in relevant work instructions and safe work practices
- Ensuring adequate training of new employees

Essential Criteria:
- Must be able to speak, read and write English
