Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Basic food preparation.
  • Stock control and storage.
  • Serving staff and general hospitality.
  • Cleaning and general kitchen duties.
  • Dish and pan washing.
  • Completion of Records.
  • Collect, sort, and wash laundry (e.g. uniforms, linens, towels).
  • Operate washing machines and dryers safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor laundry supplies and report low stock.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the laundry area.
  • To undertake any reasonable duty at the request of the Production Manager.

Essential Criteria:

  • Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
