ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Team Manager in one of our Waitrose shops, you will influence and motivate your team and be a positive role model for delivering outstanding Partner-led, customer service that is distinctively Waitrose.
You will lead with strong leadership and teamwork to positively impact customer impressions of the brand, trust, and loyalty while helping to maximise sales and profit.
Night premium applies for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00 at £4.75 per hour, including for Partners enrolled on Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the shop in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilise commercial skills to maximise sales and profit while minimising wastage.
- Ensure high levels of availability and merchandising, and maintain a legal and secure store operation.

- Lead and manage the team, including organising holidays and managing absences.
