About the Role
As a Supermarket Assistant, you'll help deliver partner-led service and passion for food that leaves a lasting impression on every customer visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock replenishment – ensuring shelves are full and products are in the right place at the right time.
- Fulfilling online customer orders ready for delivery.
- Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and markdowns for items approaching sell‑by dates.
- Supporting the wider shop team – including checkout support, Click & Collect orders, on‑demand orders and other tasks.
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment with general shopkeeping tasks.
Requirements
- Communication skills to work effectively as part of a team and with customers.
