About the Role
As a Supermarket Assistant, you will help make a positive difference for our customers by delivering Partner‑led service and passion for food.
Your goal is to earn customers' trust and loyalty by giving a welcoming experience that sets Waitrose apart.
Working hours: 16.5 hours part‑time, night work across seven days, 01:00‑07:00, including weekends.
Night premium of £3.75 per hour applies for hours 22:00‑06:00.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock replenishment – keep shelves stocked and products in the right place at the right time.
- Fulfil online customer orders for delivery drivers.
- Reduce wastage by monitoring due dates and applying markdowns.
- Support the shop team as needed, including checkout, Click & Collect and on‑demand orders.
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
