We are looking for a motivated Brand Ambassador / Supervisor to oversee a luxury womenswear concession within John Lewis Cheadle. This is a solo role, offering full ownership of the brand's presence in-store.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and drive sales performance
- Build and maintain a loyal client base
- Take full responsibility for the concession's daily operations
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising
- Manage stock and support replenishment processes
- Work closely with the host store team to enhance overall performance
