About the Role
The Partnership, the UK’s largest employee‑owned business, is looking for a Landscape Operative to support the Landscaping Specialists in creating bespoke gardens for our customers.
Your main duties will involve following planting plans, maintaining gardens and preparing work sites for larger projects.
The position is based at the Leckford Estate, situated in the heart of rural Hampshire, only 25 minutes from the New Forest.
Key Responsibilities
- Support landscape operations with the Nursery and Landscaping team.
- Follow compliance procedures and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Engage in personal development through relevant training.
- Manage stock, inventory and waste.
- Maintain standards of planting and adhere to planting plans.
- Oversee health and safety for customer gardens and departmental storage areas.
- Plant and prune trees and shrubs.
- Support both soft and hard landscape operations.
- Assist with laying turf and building garden features.
- Clear gardens in preparation for larger projects.

- Pay: £27,500.00 – £31,000.00 per annum.
- Contract type: Permanent.
- Hours: Full‑time, 39 hours per week – Monday to Thursday 08:00‑17:00, Friday 08:00‑16:00.
- Location: Leckford Estate, Leckford, Hampshire, SO206DA.
- Night Premium: Hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00 will attract a premium of £3.75 per hour.
- Pre‑employment Vetting: Successful applicants will be required to undergo DBS checks and other vetting procedures as part of the recruitment process.
- Flexible working, job sharing and compressed hour contracts are considered where possible.
