The Role
- Inspire customers through expert fragrance knowledge and storytelling
- Deliver a warm, personalised service aligned with luxury brand standards
- Drive sales through exceptional product knowledge and genuine client engagement
- Maintain immaculate counter presentation and uphold brand visual guidelines
- Support with stock management, replenishment and daily operational tasks
- Build lasting client relationships and contribute to a positive team environment
About You
- Passionate about luxury and fragrance
- Naturally confident, engaging and customer-focused Professional well-presented and able to embody a premium brand
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create meaningful connections
- Retail experience within beauty, fragrance or luxury fashion is highly desirable
