Supermarket Assistant
As a Supermarket Assistant, you will help customers receive the partner‑led service and passion for food that sets Waitrose apart, contributing to a high‑quality experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock replenishment – ensure shelves remain full and products are placed correctly.
- Fulfill online customer orders for in‑store pickup or delivery.
- Reduce waste by applying product due‑diligence and markdowns for items approaching sell‑by dates.
- Support the wider shop team, including checkout assistance, Click&Collect orders, and on‑demand customer orders.
