- Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a true brand representative
- Drive sales performance and achieve individual targets
- Build strong relationships with clients, offering a personalised shopping experience
- Manage the day-to-day running of the concession independently
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards
- Monitor stock levels and support replenishment when required
- Collaborate with in-store teams to maximise performance and visibility
- Previous experience in premium or luxury retail
- Strong sales skills with a client-focused approach
- Comfortable working independently in a standalone role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
