Job Overview As a Customer Assistant in one of our John Lewis shops, you will deliver outstanding customer service, support shop standards, and help build customer loyalty.
Night shifts (22:00–06:00) receive a premium of £3.75 per hour.
Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and inspirational customer service at every stage of the customer journey.
Use product knowledge and sales training to drive sales and increase profits.
Identify the customers' needs, acknowledge and resolve queries.
Support the wider team flexibly – till, stock replenishment, price ticketing, and general shop‑keeping tasks.
Identify areas of improvement and implement solutions.
Help protect profits by supporting accurate stock counts.
