Working Conditions

- Hours: Varied, full‑time (37.5 hours per week) across seven days, including weekends. Shift times 21:00‑07:00.
- Pay: £13.00 per hour (£13.25 after 90 days). Night premium of £3.75 per hour for 22:00‑06:00.
- Location: Banbury (Waitrose & Partners), Southam Road, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX16 2FW.
Responsibilities
- Stock replenishment to ensure shelves remain full and products are correctly placed.
- Fulfil online customer orders for driver delivery.
- Reduce wastage through product due diligence and markdowns.
- Support the shop team with checkout duties, Click & Collect orders, on‑demand orders, and other tasks.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment.
