Role Title: Warehouse First Line Manager

Location: This role involves working in Ambient, Chilled or Fruit & Veg Warehouse

Hours of work: Full Time, 37.5 Hours, working a 2-week rota, 5 days out of 7. Monday to Sunday, 14:00 to 22:00

Salary: This role will start from £36,400.00 annually. It will attract a potential shift premium of 25% of the base rate, which is an additional earning of £9,100.

Key Responsibilities

1. Working in our supply chain operation, which is fast-paced, ensuring stock is in the right place at the right time for our customers.
2. Ensuring Health and Safety and all legislative and operational procedures are adhered to.
3. Keeping the operation running smoothly, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing these with your team.
4. Leading and developing a high-performing team, acting as a role model for the Partnership.
5. Making sure all Partners are treated fairly and respectfully.
6. Supporting wider teams within your site when required, including deputising for the Warehouse Shift Manager in their absence.

Essential Skills/Experience

• Experience working in a management role in a Distribution/Warehouse environment with knowledge of warehouse management systems.
• Stock Management experience.
• A good understanding of Health and Safety legislation.
• Experience dealing with disciplinary procedures according to ACAS guidelines.
