We are seeking a skilled Strategist to enhance our User Research and Experimentation team within the Digital and Ecommerce department.
Location & Working Pattern
- Location: London Head Office, Pimlico
- Working pattern: Hybrid approach, combining office and home-based work, with approximately 1-2 days in the office weekly to connect with the team.
Salary
Target salary: Up to £60,000
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize value from experiments and User Research activities.
- Analyze and interpret insights from large-scale A/B testing and UX research.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and influence decision-making.
- Contribute to shaping the experimentation and optimization strategies for digital products.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of data analysis methods, including statistics, with the ability to extract insights from qualitative and quantitative data.
- Experience with large-scale A/B testing and user research methods.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and dashboards for data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and present findings.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience in an agile environment contributing to digital projects.
