Responsibilities
- Stock replenishment – ensuring our shelves remain fully stocked and products are in the right place at the right time for customers.
- Fulfilling online customer orders ready for drivers to deliver directly to customers’ doors.
- Reducing waste by following product due diligence and marking down items approaching their sell‑by dates.
- Working with the wider shop team to provide support when needed, including checkout support, managing Click & Collect orders and fulfilling on‑demand customer orders.
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment with general shop‑keeping tasks.
Qualifications
- Communication skills to work effectively as part of a team and with customers.
- Experience in a customer‑facing role (preferred).
- Up‑to‑date knowledge and strong interest in food and drink trends.
- Flexible approach to support the whole branch.

Location
