Your role will be to support the Landscaping Specialists to create bespoke gardens for our customers. Following planting plans and maintenance schedules is a key part of the role alongside clearing gardens in preparation for larger projects. Located in the heart of rural Hampshire, Leckford Estate is an area of outstanding beauty and only 25 minutes from the New Forest. Key Responsibilities- Support Landscape operations
- Work with the Nursery and Landscaping team
- Comply with procedures and standards
- Provide customer service
- Develop yourself through relevant training
- Manage stock, inventory and waste
- Maintain standards of planting and follow planting plans
- Manage health and safety of customer gardens and the Landscape department storage areas
- Plant and prune trees and shrubs
- Support both soft and hard landscape operations
- Assist with laying turf and building garden features
