John Lewis Partnership is hiring for a part-time guest service role in Stockbridge. You’ll work 25 hours per week across early, late, and weekend shifts to deliver outstanding service in bar and restaurant operations, while supporting other hotel departments to ensure a superb guest experience.
You will interact with guests, share product knowledge on drinks and food, handle payments, maintain hygiene standards, and assist with ongoing improvements. DBS checks may be required.
