About the role: As a Visual Merchandising Partner, you’ll design inspiring and eye-catching displays in our shop windows, to entice our customers into our shops, encouraging them to buy our products. You’ll create a meaningful shopping experience for each and every customer who walks around our shopfloor with exceptional merchandising and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering market leading merchandising and presentation standards.
  • Working on seasonal and floor layout changes effectively and efficiently with minimal disruption to customers.
  • Demonstrating flexibility to support across other areas of the branch and departments when required.
  • Sharing knowledge and expertise with visual merchandising and branch colleagues to develop the departments and branches performance.
  • Carrying out stock handling and systems processes to minimise business risk and loss.

Essential Skills / Experience

  • Creative skills with an eye for detail.
  • Experience of working within a team.

Desirable Skills / Experience

  • Qualifications in Display or Design.
  • Previous experience in the creation of displays.
  • Experience of working in a retail environment.
