As a Beauty Guide, you will create the ultimate cosmetic shopping experience for our customers through personalised appointments, shop‑floor demonstrations, and events. You will provide inspirational, impartial beauty and skincare advice and create social media content to showcase the latest trends and offers.
Other duties include:
- Thinking creatively and commercially to maximise sales and profit opportunities.
- Creating memorable shopping experiences that leave customers with a positive impression of you and the John Lewis brand.
- Keeping up to date with the latest trends in makeup and skincare.
- Facilitating appointments and hosting beauty talk events for larger groups.
