About the role

As the Operational Coordinator at our Magna Park National Distribution Centre (NDC), you will be at the centre of our warehouse operation. Your primary objective is to ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time to maximise efficiency and ensure availability for our customers.

  • Role: Outbound Coordinator
  • Position: 12‑month Fixed‑Term Opportunity
  • Hours of work: Full‑time 37.5 hours, Tuesday to Saturday on alternating shift pattern: Week 1 (06:00–14:00) and Week 2 (14:00–22:00)
  • Location: On‑site at Magna Park 2, Milton Keynes
  • Flexible working and compressed hours may be discussed with the hiring manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Control flow of work across areas to maximise efficiency and ensure stock is ready for loading.
  • Allocate picks, print labels, and manage WMS queries to meet KPIs and SLAs.
  • Proactively resolve pick‑face capacity issues, update SKU maintenance details, and manage short, over, or damaged items.
  • Coordinate dock doors and schedules while building authentic relationships with despatch and management teams.
  • Act as a role model for health and safety and coach or mentor peers to share best practices across the network.

Essential skills and experience

  • Previous warehouse experience within supply chains.
  • Ability to analyse data to make informed, confident decisions.
  • Competency in Google Suite or similar software.
  • Strong communication skills across teams.

Desirable skills and experience

  • Previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Understanding of end‑to‑end warehouse processes.
  • Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) forklift experience.
