About the role

Flexible Working: This is a hybrid working role, therefore your time will primarily be split between working from home (in the UK) and London Head Office / Bracknell Head Office. However, there will also be an expectation to visit other locations as the need arises. Our Engineering team currently works from the office roughly twice a week to connect and on a more ad-hoc basis to attend key meetings, but again the frequency is dependent on the business needs.

Contract type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

As an Engineering Senior Lead Analyst you aren't just a liaison; you are an integral member of the Architecture & Engineering profession. You will work throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial discovery and shaping to the build and implementation phases, working closely with Product Managers, Project Managers, Delivery Leads, Architects, and other Senior Engineers to ensure technical solutions align with business and operational objectives.

You will be a key leader enabling the delivery of highly complex projects across multiple work streams using comprehensively elicited and clearly defined requirements, as well as utilising methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches. As a Senior Lead Analyst you will be embedded within an area spanning multiple teams as well as an individual contributor within a specific workstream / team.

As well as eliciting and managing business, technical and operational requirements across a complex domain, you will be accountable for challenging scope and priorities to ensure optimal business value, understanding end-to-end business processes, identifying cross-domain dependencies, and working with delivery teams on planning, prioritisation, and estimation.

As a Senior Lead Analyst you will collaborate and share within the Analysis community as well as support other Analysts. You will work with a diverse range of technical and non-technical stakeholders which will require excellent communication skills. Advocating for improved analysis approaches will also require strong stakeholder management capability.

There are opportunities to become a people manager for your fellow Analysts and Engineers if that is something that appeals to you. Learning new skills is extremely important to us. Analysts are expected to continuously improve their skills and keep abreast of the latest technologies and techniques. In return for this commitment you will be given the resources and support you need to help you with your learning journey.

The advertised Senior Lead Analyst role is internally titled Product Engineer (PL6).
