Overview
As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will help shape and grow the Partnership Data Platform (PDP) on Google Cloud and Snowflake. You’ll work in a cross-functional, agile team to deliver a scalable, secure cloud platform that enables data-driven decision-making across the Partnership. You’ll influence the platform’s evolution, support new projects, and mentor colleagues, with potential to move into people management. This role offers hands-on technical impact in a proudly employee-owned business with a focus on innovation and collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Build and improve the Partnership Data Platform (PDP) on GCP and Snowflake in an Agile team
- Influence platform evolution to meet business needs and support data-driven analytics
- Support shaping new projects and mentor less experienced developers
- Collaborate with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicate effectively
- Potential to move into people management if desired
Key requirements
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform or another major cloud provider
- Infrastructure as code with a software engineering mindset
- Python for automation and extending platform services
- Design for reliability and security
- CI/CD practices and tooling
- Agile development experience and willingness to pair program
- Experience in leading, coaching and mentoring teams
