John Lewis Partnership is seeking a Breakfast Chef to lead breakfast service across our Partnership Hotels. You’ll work with Head and Sous Chefs, train junior staff, maintain high presentation, manage food orders, and uphold food safety standards while helping to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
You'll track wastage, manage inventory, perform daily safety checks, and partner with Front of House to deliver pitch-perfect service.
