As a Window Dressing Installer, you will use your customer service and product knowledge to fit curtain, blind, shutter and related products in customers' homes, ensuring high-quality installation and an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Fit window dressing products (curtains, blinds, shutters, poles, tracks) to a high standard, following the 'Right Fit First Time' benchmark.
- Represent the John Lewis brand, delivering a consistently exemplary customer experience.
- Manage your own schedule to keep appointments on time and keep the day running smoothly.
- Provide clear, accurate, error-free work and offer advice, demonstrations and recommendations to meet customers’ needs.
- Drive between the branch, customers’ homes and the service building using a company-provided business vehicle.
- Maintain product knowledge by attending occasional training sessions at a John Lewis branch.
- Pass pre-employment screening: 3-year references, basic disclosure, DVLA check.
Qualifications
- Full, clean driving licence.

Working Conditions
