About the role
As a Brand Sponsored Partner, you will be inspired and empowered to seek out every opportunity to achieve the right outcomes for our customers. You will work with colleagues, the Brand, and Team Manager to generate sales and enhance the customer experience. Your responsibilities include providing excellent service, maintaining shop standards through displays, stock availability, and cleanliness. Understanding customer needs will enable you to deliver the best service and foster loyalty to our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent and market-leading customer experiences.
- Proactively acknowledge customers, identify their needs, and ensure these are met, resolving queries or complaints effectively.
- Engage customers with the John Lewis brand through personalized and social marketing.
- Monitor sales performance and best sellers to drive promotions and seasonal changes.
- Support marketing events to increase footfall and attract new customers.
- Suggest ideas for continuous improvement to maximize productivity.
Essential skills/experience you\’ll need
- Basic IT literacy skills.
- Strong communication skills.

- Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Full-time hours are available with shifts starting as early as 08:55 and ending by 20:10, including alternate weekends. We seek candidates passionate about high-end menswear fashion, with awareness of current trends and enthusiasm for building outfits.
