John Lewis Partnership is seeking a Technical Manager to lead all Quality & Technical activities at Leckford Estate, the Waitrose Farm. You will ensure products comply with assurance schemes, regulations and Waitrose policies, while driving safety and continuous improvement across the estate.
The role offers a hybrid working pattern (Leckford Estate three days per week, Bracknell HQ as needed) and a permanent contract with 35 hours per week. Interviews in late October/early November.
