About the role Our Customer Delivery Operations are a vital part of our business.

Here at the Partnership, our Transport Administrator will take ownership of the department's operational success by assisting site management with daily tasks and project work, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and using your customer experience to be an ambassador of John Lewis and Partners.

Please be aware there are 2 part time opportunities available on this vacancy.

Rota 1 - Working a 4-week rolling rota, 2 days on week 1 and 3 days on week 2 ( mixed days).

Weekdays, Monday to Thursday 13:30 - 21:30, Friday 12:30 - 20:30 and 1 Saturday 10:30 - 18:00.

Rota 2 - Working a 4-week rolling rota, 2 days on week 1 and 3 days on week 2 ( mixed days).

Weekdays, Monday to Thursday 13:30 - 21:30, Friday 12:30 - 20:30 and 2 Saturdays 10:30 - 18:00.

Salary Range - 29,100.00 - 43,700.00 (prorated down as the vacancy is part time) Contract type - This vacancy is for 2 part time ( 18.75 hours per week) permanent opportunities Location - The home location is Stanley Green Key Responsibilities - Undertake administrative tasks relating to Transport and vehicle legal compliance amongst other administration duties. - Ensure the operation remains legally compliant with adherence to Domestic and EU Driver’s Hour regulations. - Maintain effective relationships with external service providers
